REGISTER FOR THE 65th ANNUAL MEETING
To attend the live meetings, all participants, including presenters, poster authors, and panelists, must register by January 10 using their real names in the form below.
Upon registration, a confirmation email will be sent to the address specified. Use the link in that email to log into the website to set or reset a password.
To log in again, use the Log In form. Enter the email address that you registered with, and the password that you provided when you clicked the link in your confirmation email. If you forget or want to change your password, enter just your registered email address and click Reset Password to have another email sent to you. Use the link in that email to set your new password.
Registration will close on January 8, 2025 and a list of registrants will be posted shortly thereafter. Unfortunately, we cannot accept registrations after January 8.
Participants with safety concerns may contact the Community Resource Officer (CRO@andeanstudies.org) with justification for a request for an exemption from the public registrants list.

In order to attend this year's Annual Meeting, all attendees will be required to pay a Registration Fee of $20-50 USD for professionals and $0-10 USD for students. Registrants will be directed to a payment page following submission of the registration form. Everyone will be required to pay the relevant amount or their registration will not be complete. Be sure to identify the appropriate amount for payment. All funds are much appreciated and go to support IAS future programming and operational costs.
