ABOUT THE MEETING

The 65th Annual Meeting of the Institute of Andean Studies will be returning to an online format in January 2025. 

Presentations, Posters, Livestreams, and links to Zoom meetings will be available on the website, but only to Registered attendees while logged in. Please check your registration status in the right sidebar to confirm you will have access to all relevant information.

REGISTRATION FEE

In order to participate in this year's Annual Meeting, attendees will be required to pay a Registration Fee. Fees are set on a sliding scale as follows.

  • $20-50 USD for professionals
  • $0-10 USD for students.

Registrants will be directed to a payment page after completing the registration form. Registration will not be complete until the appropriate amount is paid. All funds are much appreciated and go to support IAS' future programming and operational costs.

IMPORTANT DATES

  • October 28, 2024: Registration opened.
  • November 4, 2024: Submissions opened.
  • December 18, 2024: Preliminary program with titles and authors will be made available.
  • December 30, 2024: Finalized program of titles, authors and abstracts.
  • January 3, 2025: Papers and posters will be available for registered participants to view online.
  • January 8, 2025: Registration closed.

ANYONE MAY PARTICIPATE

Attendees and presenters need not be members of the Institute, and students are welcome. For meeting safety, all participants must register no later than January 3, 2025 using the Meeting Registration Form. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided. Use the link in that email to log into the website and set or reset your password.

LOGGING IN

If you see Log In fields at the bottom of the sidebar on the right, enter the email address used to register and the password selected. If you see a Log out link, you are already logged in. If you forget or want to change your password, use the Reset Password link send yourself an email. Use the link in that email to set a new password.
